WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all common payment options (e.g. VISA, Mastercard, PayPal payments). You can see all payment options at the bottom right of our page.
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to accept or refuse the order, or any part thereof, at any time after receipt of the order, including after the customer has received an order confirmation or the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will apply a credit to the original method of payment.
Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
The delivery time depends on the selected shipping option. Once the order has shipped, we will email you the tracking information the next day as tracking information is typically available 24 hours after the order ships. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs in your country.
Sometimes it happens that there is an increased demand for certain products. Delivery can therefore take 2-3 weeks longer. In such rare cases, please excuse the long delivery time.
CAN I USE SEVERAL DISCOUNT CODES IN ONE ORDER?
Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless otherwise stated.
DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
